Wilhelm Anton "Bill" Leeb (born 21 September 1966, Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian-Canadian electronic musician and record producer. Musical Career Leeb began his musical career with Industrial band Skinny Puppy in 1985 under the pseudonym Wilhelm Schroeder, contributing bass synth and occasional backing vocals to a few of their recordings and concerts.

Legendary industrial act frontman Bill Leeb joins forces once again with long-time cohort Rhys Fulber for the new Front Line Assembly album entitled ‘Mechanical Soul’. The new album, released in January, 2021 via Metropolis Records, offers 10 new tracks plus a remix of ‘Hatevol’.

Bill: Oh, yeah, yeah, his dad was a full time musician and he was with the band with a really well known artist Art Bergmann who was a big part of a, sort of, punk-alternative scene in Vancouver, back in the late 70s and 80s and his dad still does music with people around town. The whole family is quite musical. Bill Leeb described their work as “rehashing old things”, but said, “it was different this time because we were a bit more established.” Legend has it that Wax Trax!
